Not to be confused with King Charles Street, which is situated in another part of the city, Charles Street is located in the affluent district of Mayfair in central London. There is a reason why this locality was designated the most pricey area in the famous board game Monopoly, and that is because of the gorgeous homes and buildings located here. It has the distinction of being one of the most exclusive, centrally located areas in London, with stunning and luxurious homes that rarely come on the market. Today, some of the buildings have been converted into office blocks, with beautiful serviced offices for rent.

The wealth of upscale shops, museums, and retail stores in the area attract thousands of visitors, making this a superior location to rent office space. Several detective agencies have their offices in Charles Street; as do other professionals such as IT specialists, insurance brokers and real estate agents. The Mayfair Printing Company, Argyll Business Centres, Regus and Arcelormittal are some important companies that reside in the area.

The Pigalle is a 1940s themed late-night supper club that provides fantastic entertainment in this part of the city. The best Sunday lunch can be had at Annabel’s, a wonderful international restaurant in the vicinity. Other world cuisines such as Italian, French, and Indian are also available at a host of great restaurants in the area.
