A charming, small market town located in the beautiful Chiltern Hills area of Hertfordshire, South East England, Tring lies around 30 miles from London and is part of the London Commuter Belt. The town is linked to London via the Grand Union Canal amongst other transport modes, and there are four reservoirs here that were created to supply water for the canal. These Tring reservoirs are now a national nature reserve and a site of Special Scientific Interest. Amongst the well-known people that have called Tring home over the years are Lord Rothschild and Sir William Gore. Places of interest in the town include The Church of St Peter and St Paul, the Tring Local History Museum and the Zoological Museum.
