Abstract Securities Plan Office Space Development in Croydon

Property Developers, Abstract Securities, have unveiled plans to build a new 100,000sqft .

The proposed location for this new business centre is situated on Dingwall Road, opposite East Croydon Train Station. Those who rent office space at Abstract Croydon will be looking at rates of £22 per square foot.

East Croydon Train Station The announcement comes at a time when the area of Croydon is already undergoing
an extensive regeneration programme to help overcome the damage and destruction of this year’s riots. However, this is the first office space development to be announced.

This is good news for Croydon, as it highlights the confidence developers have
in the borough. On Tuesday, Boris Johnson, Mayor of London revealed that £23million
of funding will be used to regenerate parts
of Croydon, and improve it’s transport links.

Abstract Securities also have further development plans in the pipeline for separate UK areas, including a 170,000sqft business centre planned in Glasgow at 303 St Vincent Street.
