An architectural gem

The office skyscraper which is to form the centre of New York’s diamond industry – The International Gem Tower (IGT) has announced it is willing to accept applications for office space from small and medium enterprises.

New York real estate company Extell Development has announced that it will provide a limited number of smaller office suites at the International Gem Tower.

Companies will have the option to finish their own spaces or choose from five office layout options offered by IGT. Pricing of some of the finished units will start below $600,000 and will include: the construction out of the unit’s interior walls, floors and ceilings, interlock entry, lighting, built-in furniture and mechanical equipment, including heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.

The IGT is intended to confirm New York as the centre of the world's diamond trade.
