Jon Posener

Jon Posener is Chief Operating Officer at Office Freedom and has spent nearly two decades working in the flexible workspace industry.

Since joining Office Freedom as CFO in 2008 and becoming COO around two years later, Jon has developed extensive knowledge of the London office market and the wider flexible workspace sector. He has seen the industry transform from traditional corporate serviced offices, through the rise of coworking and WeWork, to today's market where flexible and managed workspace has become a mainstream option for businesses of all sizes.

Jon has been closely involved in Office Freedom's strategic direction throughout this period, including its evolution towards a more consultative, agency-led approach. His role spans the business, with experience across sales, marketing, finance, operations, technology, HR and relationships with workspace operators.

He regularly visits flexible workspaces across London, meets with leading operators and analyses Office Freedom's own enquiry, pricing and transaction data. This combination of first-hand market knowledge and real customer data informs his commentary on office locations, pricing, workspace trends and how businesses are changing the way they use office space.

Jon has also led many of Office Freedom's major technology initiatives, including the development of its Salesforce platform and website, and continues to play a leading role in the company's digital strategy.

Outside work, Jon is a keen padel and pickleball player.
