Bristol office space market suffers from the credit crunch
The office space take-up in Bristol in the past year has shown a clear decline. According to Savills office market report, the total take-up over 2007 was 895,000 sq ft but fell to 608,600 sq ft in 2008. This decline due to a declining business confidence, on the back of worsening economic conditions, has consequently stifled occupational demand throughout the final quarter of 2008.
The current situation of the commercial real estate market leaves great opportunities for prospects, as there is much wider choice of quality office space to rent in Bristol. However, for those looking for more flexibility and short term office space without the usual setup costs, a serviced office would be more appropriate.
Businesses can find top of the range serviced office space to rent in Bristol for as little as £250 per month or less for semi-serviced office space. The city is also a great location as it is easily accessible from the M32, M4 and M5. Bristol International Airport is offering direct flights to U.K., Europe and USA destinations.
