Brush with flame

The top sales team from leading office space consultancy Search Office Space, were there to cheer the Olympic torch on its way as it was borne aloft by Simon Keightly

The team - Jon Posener, Nevila Beshi , Lee Zweig and Bob Toor were invited by Regus to visit the Bath Road Business Centre in Slough. This is a site of imperial proportions and was designed by the nation’s leading architect, Lord Norman Foster, who has designed some of the UK’s most iconic buildings including the London Gherkin.

Bath Road is one of the largest fully-serviced business centres in Europe, capable of accommodating large and small scale office needs on flexible terms. Additional services provided include air conditioning, reception staff and support teams, state-of-the-art technology, professional meeting rooms and video-conferencing suites.

It is near numerous transport routes, Heathrow is only 20 minutes away and there is easy access to the A4/M4 and the M40 and M25.

It was while looking at some units overlooking the Bath Road that the SOS team saw people gathering on the roadside equipped with flags and banners.  “We knew it had to be the Olympic Torch so we went down to the road to get a better look,” explains Jon Posner.  Fighting their way through thick, cheering crowds the SOS team were able to lend their voices to encourage Team Britain.
