Grade A, sustainable office building, The Place at the London Bridge Quarter

search-office-space-the-place-london-bridgeThe chic, 17 storey, sustainable business centre, The Place, will soon become London’s largest speculative office building once complete in 2013.

The Property, designed by world renowned architect Renzo Piano is highly sustainable and has a BREEAM rating of ‘Excellent’. It is also estimated that carbon emissions will be approximately 60% less when compared to other non sustainable office buildings in London.

The place is part of the London’s thriving London Bridge Quarter which includes the iconic Shard building and an eclectic mix of shops, bars, restaurants and hotels such as the 5 star Shangri-La.

Building developers, Stellar Property said: "The Place will be London's largest and most efficient office building to hit the market in 2013 - at a time when there is expected to be a real shortage of prime Grade A space available to let. The Place benefits from sharing architectural, design and construction DNA with the Shard which will be completed next year.
