How much does office space in The Shard cost?
It’s one of London’s most iconic buildings, and at just over 1000 foot, it’s the tallest structure in the EU. Let’s face it, if there’s one building that needs no introduction, it’s The Shard in SE1.

So an eight-person office will cost an average of £8000 per month, and a 20 person room will cost around £20,000 per month.
Whilst meeting rooms can be hired out on an ad hoc basis, the overall cost for serviced offices in The Shard is more reasonable than many businesses may predict.
