Improving productivity

A survey released survey by IT giants Dell and Intel indicates that business leaders see the greater employee input in IT provision including bring-your-own-device (BYOD) schemes and workplace flexibility - as a good way to generate additional employee productivity and loyalty.

As good as this may appear, there is also growing awareness among organizations that greater flexibility in employee technology choices can enhance productivity, the research also shows that organizations are still grappling with the security challenges and threats this can present.

The survey reinforces the needs for businesses to consider adequate IT facilities when choosing office space. Fully serviced offices are one relatively simple way to beat this challenge and increase productivity.
