Longcroft House Reveal £1.1million Renovation Plans
Located in the heart of the financial district, Longcroft House, EC2M, is already a thriving business centre, offering 20,000 square foot of office space.

However, there are some big plans in the pipeline that will boost this business centre to a 4 star rating, and create an additional 40 workstations.
Renovations will be taking place between October 2011 and January 2012, with a massive £1.1million of investment being injected into the business centre.

The project team includes BNP Parabis Real Estate overlooking Project Management and Design, along with Mechanical, Electrical and Lift Services from Chapman Bathurst, and Contractors, Avondale. The refurbishments will be both exterior and interior, and include the following:
Exterior
- New reception block
- New entrance paving
- Roof refurbishment
- New windows
Interior
- New offices developed in the basement
- Conversion of garage into offices
- Full refurbishment of WCs and tea points
- Redecoration of communal areas and break out areas
- Replacement lift car
Another added bonus for prospective tenants is the rental price, which is currently fixed at £450 per work station.
Longcroft House is an ideal business centre for SMEs and companies within the financial sector. Serviced offices are available on flexible terms from 3 to 12 months. Additional facilities include air conditioning, boardrooms with interactive whiteboards and video conferencing, along with break out areas and shower facilities.
