Mercer and Marsh, two leading global services companies are expanding to Bristol’s brand new, sophisticated Paragon office development, located in the heart of the thriving commercial area. (1)

Mercer is one of Bristol’s largest employers with approximately 120 consultants in healthcare, pensions and investment, with clients ranging from small businesses to world renowned global companies.

There are currently 20, 000 Mercer employees worldwide in over 4o countries and once Mercer move into larger premises at The Paragon, the business hope to increase their ‘broking and administration service for small businesses’ team by a third.

Gareth Waite, Head of Office from Marsh said "Our Bristol office has expanded its operations significantly in recent years and the move is well-timed to coincide with our continued growth plans. We are continuing to attract a substantial number of new clients in the South West, and the new offices will serve to consolidate our position as the leading risk and insurance adviser in the region."(2)

The Paragon is a Grade A premier office space development with now only 10% of space left after Mercer and Marsh signed an agreement to move into the Ground and First floors of the property.

One of the attractions of The Paragon building is its high BREEAM ( Environmental Assesment Method) rating, which means that the property has been designed sustainably and is considered to be a ‘low environmental impact building’ (3)
