Premier Business Centres opens its 70th office location

Premier Business Centres, the Californian based executive suite operator, has announced the opening of its 70th office location, with the signing of a new lease at The Water Garden, in Santa Monica.

The new executive centre marks an important milestone for the company, which has added nine key American office locations to its portfolio over the last two years.

A TOBY and BOMA winner, The Water Garden is a Class-A serviced office complex, boasting eight glass towers designed in the neoclassic style, set amongst landscaped gardens and lakeside promenade.
