Regus Opens it’s First Business Centre in Zambia

Office Space in Zambia

Regus, the world’s largest provider of workplace solutions, has announced the opening of it’s first business centre in Lusaka, Zambia.

This will be the 93rd country which Regus has expanded into, thus creating exciting opportunities for African businesses to rent serviced office space.

According to statistics from the Business Confidence Index (BCI), African businesses have been reporting increased profits and revenues which have exceeded the global average, making Zambia and other African locations a worthwhile consideration for international office space.

Additional Regus locations recently opened in Africa include business centres in Uganda, Ivory Coast, Ghana, Tanzania and Senegal. Occupancy rates also exceeded Regus’ predictions, and continue to steadily increase.

It has also been reported by The Economist, that Zambia is set to be one of the world’s ten fastest-growing economies in 2011-2015, making it an ideal location to rent serviced office space.

The new business centre in Zambia, named Regus Rhodes Park, occupies the second floor of building. The ultra modern property boasts a mirrored glass frontage, set within a neatly landscaped garden – which is sure to impress clients and employees alike.
