Regus opens second Louisville executive office

Luxembourg-based serviced office industry leader Regus has opened its second Louisville business centre in the Forest Green Corporate Office Park.

The new executive office boasts a range of services for entrepreneurial start-ups and SMEs, including: fully furnished serviced offices, virtual offices, conference suites and business lounges.

The move follows the successful opening of a similar business centre model on Fourth Street, downtown Louisville, earlier this year.

Regus’ regional vice president Jeff Doughman, said: “We are experiencing significant demand in Louisville from a cross-section of companies”.

“Flexible working is addressing the needs of today’s professionals by offering a range of spaces that are affordable, easy to access and help improve work-life balance.”

Regus have also announced the opening of a first business centre in Rwanda, in a move designed to take advantage of rapid East African growth. The property – in the capital Kigali City – is the result of a 47% surge in demand across the region, and a 40% year on year growth in enquiries across the continent.

With business centres already established in other East African countries including: Tanzania, Uganda, Kenya, Zambia, Mauritius and Madagascar, Regus now boasts a global presence across 97 countries.

The continual opening of business centres across such burgeoning markets marks the value of serviced office capacity for entrepreneurial start-ups and SMEs, as well as their worth to a recovering global economy.
