Search Office Space opens its first Asia company office
As part of its continued global expansion and to meet sustained demand for serviced office space on an international scale, Search Office Space has launched its inaugural Asia Pacific headquarters, aimed at representing its free consultancy service within the region.
Based in Central, Hong Kong - the world leading financial district home to some of the most expensive office destinations in the world - its Asia Pacific headquarters aims to position the company within the heart of the market, which has been exhibiting strong consecutive growth on a year-on-year basis.
The move heralds a new chapter for the UK’s first serviced office consultancy, facilitating global office representation of the brand, which now has company residencies within three continents of the world: America, Europe and Asia.
The company, which has worked closely with hundreds of corporates including Standard Life, AIG, Motorola and Groupon, has seen encouraging demand for its services within Asia’s office market, from prospecting international corporates and SME’s looking to expand into its emerging markets.

Headed by Sean Morgan - the newly appointed CEO of Search Office Space Asia - their Hong Kong office neighbours two of the islands iconic and tallest skyscrapers -Two International Finance Centre and Central Plaza - with Victoria Harbour, the heart and soul of Hong Kong adjacent the office finder’s new residence.
With over 25 years of commercial property experience under his belt, the new SOS CEO for Asia Pacific has managed an impressive list of large corporate portfolios across the globe, and previously ran operations for 80 locations in Asia Pacific while based in Hong Kong.
Speaking in a recent interview, Sean described returning to Hong Kong to head up the division as an, “exciting new challenge,” saying that now is the right time to invest in the Asia Pacific office sector and to push forward with the consultancy’s exposure in the market.
