SOS conference season kicks off at Kensington Olympia
Search Office Space have launched in to the conference season with an appearance at The Great British Business Show in London.
The conference – held at Kensington Olympia last Thursday and Friday – bought together over 25,000 businesses from all corners of the UK market, to share industry insights and learn about the latest corporate innovations.
Keynote speakers included star of Dragon’s Den, James Caan, as well as Kate Hardcastle, Frank Hattann and Caprice Bourret.
SOS set up a stand on the main floor manned by top consultants Troy Haynes, Tamar Boland, Nevila Beshi, Richard Winton and Lauren Horwitz, as well as corporate account manager Calum Clarke and CEO Richard Smith.
The stand was designed with digital presentations, corporate hand-outs and gifts, in order to assist the SOS consultants in explaining their message quickly to the maximum number of people.
Richard Smith, CEO of Search Office Space, said: “It’s great for businesses, and the economy as a whole, when so many like-minded people get together to share their business experiences.
“There’s very little rivalry and the atmosphere this year was fantastic; energetic and informative. As a company, we are already seeing direct benefits from the show.
“We like to have a presence at these kinds of events as we feel that our industry has something to offer most types of business. We’ve come out of it with some great ideas and contacts that we hope to work with in future.”
SOS consultants were able to speak to hundreds of attendees – business owners and members of the public alike – about their product and developments in the flexible office industry.
Notable seminars included British Gas Business, who discussed how to keep utility bills to a minimum in today’s climate, as well as chairman of West Ham United FC and Ann Summers David Gold, and dragon James Caan, who gave his opinion on the best ways to inspire growth in SMEs.
The event was organised by The Prysm Group and sponsored by flexible office group Regus.
