Virtual Office Company, Davinci Virtual, 'Lends an Ear' to Autism Trust National Campaign
LONDON--(Marketwire - April 28, 2009) - Leading virtual office solutions provider, Davinci Virtual, has partnered with the Autism Trust to provide the telecommunications support for the charity's £500,000 national campaign running throughout April. The campaign calls on the government to provide more support and assistance to families affected by Autism.
The Autism Trust has been inundated with thousands of calls as billboards were mounted across the UK bearing a note from Polly Tommey, the mother of Billy Tommey, a 12 year old who has Autism, addressing the prime minister for increased help and awareness.
In a probono agreement, Davinci Virtual, a worldwide provider of virtual offices, virtual receptionists and virtual assistant services, is providing their Automated Attendant virtual receptionist solution to The Autism Trust to meet their need for 24 hour phone support, and to ensure that all calls are handled immediately and routed based on their requirements.
Commenting on the company's support for the campaign: Steve Golding, General Manager, Davinci Virtual UK, said: "We are delighted to support The Autism Trust on this initiative as not only do we believe in the cause, but we strongly believe our platform is one of the only of its kind in the UK that could be fully provisioned, configured to their requirements and available within minutes. We have a first class global telecoms platform that has been designed on a scalable architecture. Based on the anticipated call volumes, our platform has ample capacity to deal with the load expected."
