Toulon is a town, port, and capital city of Var department in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur région, within south-eastern France. Toulon serves as France’s principal naval base. Here there is an arsenal, the most important of the Mediterranean dry-docks, and shipbuilding yards. Le Chantilly is just one place where this delicacy is served along with a range of pancakes or more substantial dishes if you prefer.
