Knowle West Media Centre offers a range of managed workspaces and offices in a convenient location in the heart of South Bristol.
All our offices are based upstairs with plenty of natural light. Our rates are fully inclusive, so you’ll only pay one monthly sum for everything, including:

High speed internet access (1000Mb per second up and down)
Access to a kitchenette with microwave, toaster, kettle, sink and recycling bins.

Friendly Front of House team to greet visitors and receive post

We are well connected to the M5, Bristol International Airport and Bristol Temple Meads train station. We are also well placed for the new Bristol MetroBus. We are located within a five-minute walk of local corner shops and takeaways.

Our building is fully DDA compliant and we aim to be as environmentally friendly as possible. We have flexible meeting rooms on site which are available to hire too – as a tenant, you will receive a 25% discount on hire rates.

As a registered charity, all profits from office rental and venue hire are reinvested into KWMC. This directly supports our work empowering people from all backgrounds to imagine, design, and build the future they want for themselves and their community.

We particularly welcome tenants and hires from people and groups aligned with our mission and looking to join a creative community of social and environmental change makers.

If you choose to hire an office with us, we will ask for a deposit equal to one month’s rent.
