Welcome to Tewkesbury! Another unique business centre, comprising 70 small business units, offering a wide range of unit designs suitable for office, workshop or studio use.

The centre is located at Tewkesbury Business Park, adjacent to J9 of the M5 motorway, so with easy access to the midlands and south west, and at the same time with all the facilities of the historic market town of Tewkesbury on its doorstep.

We manage our centres with a full time on site team. We are here to look after the day to day running of the centre leaving you free to concentrate on your business. We build our centres into business communities, providing business support, and whilst we welcome established as well as new businesses into our centres, it's the new businesses that particularly appreciate the friendly and supportive atmosphere that we generate in our centres.

We offer all our units to let on a rolling two week licence. That means when you rent one of our units, you stay as long as you like (as long as you pay the inclusive rent and comply with the reasonable terms of the licence!) but only have to give a minimum of two weeks notice. The licence is a simple two page document - no solicitors fees, no hidden extras.

You choose your unit, and as long as your business is suitable (i.e. it fits in with other businesses in a business centre environment, so no car trades for example), you pay a deposit of 5 weeks rent,a month's rent in advance and you move in! That simple. The only extras are digital phones and broadband and metered electricity, all at discounted rates. If you need furniture, then we can arrange supply, but all our units are let unfurnished, as we find most licensees prefer it this way.

In addition, we are now pleased to be able to offer an open plan office of 1605 sq ft with an integral meeting room, which is available on a more conventional 3 / 5yr lease, so we really can cater for a very wide range of needs!
