The centre consists of 36 small business units each with direct access to the service areas, and an internal link to the central management facilities. There are 34 light industrial units ranging from 359 to 1,427 sq ft and 2 internal office or storage units of 359 sq ft. There is also a centre café which provides a range of meals and snacks to our tenants and visitors.

There are parking areas at the front of the units and ample servicing and visitors’ parking spaces.

Easy-in:

-Arrange for a telephone to be connected
-Easy-out

When your business has expanded and you’re ready to move on from our centre, the licence agreement can be terminated by simply giving one month’s written notice.
