The centre consists of 73 small industrial and office units in a five-storey building with two main car parks for the use of tenants and visitors. There are also 12 allocated on-road parking bays available.

The Business Centre has 3 loading bays for deliveries and also has its own café which provides a service to all businesses and visitors.

When your business has expanded and you’re ready to move on from our centre, the licence agreement can be terminated by simply giving one month’s written notice.
