Jermyn Street has become well known for its gentlemen’s clothing shops, in particular for its men’s shirt makers, and is situated in the upmarket St James’ area of Westminster. Jermyn Street is named after the 1st Earl of St Albans, Henry Jermyn, who created the street as part of his wider development plans in 1664. Once home to Isaac Newton among other well-known people, Jermyn Street is located close to a variety of sights and attractions. There are many art galleries in the immediate area, including Hauser & Worth and the White Cube Mason’s Yard. Leicester Square and the West End are just minutes away on foot, so you will always be close to a vibrant entertainment scene.
