Pimlico is a small area at the centre of London which is predominantly residential but in recent years has become more popular with businesses as well.

It is one of the more historic areas of the city with many notable buildings, including over 350 Grade II-listed homes, office buildings and churches. There are a number of attractive garden squares within this district making it an appealing place to live and work. Throughout history, Pimlico has been home to numerous famous names, including Winston Churchill and Laurence Olivier.

Transport links in Pimlico make it a fantastic place to have an office space- it is within walking distance of Victoria station- one of the biggest and busiest stations in the city. Westminster Cathedral is popular with tourists and locals alike, is a beautiful example of neo-Byzantine architecture and one of the last notable buildings in the city to be made of brick. Although it is often overlooked for the more famous Westminster Abbey, there is still plenty to see within the Cathedral, including a stunning campanile which guests can climb, gorgeous views of the city and an array of marbles and mosaics.

For a stylish yet easy-going lunch with colleagues, the Dolphin Bar and Grill is a relaxed restaurant with a focus on good food from local sources. The menu here features British classics and filling comfort food, flavoured with herbs from the homey garden area.

The Ebury Restaurant & Wine Bar boasts a large wine selection to suit any tastes, and has a more sophisticated atmosphere, creating the perfect venue for work lunches. The menu is mostly European while the decor is upmarket chic, featuring floral trompe l oeil murals and stripped wooden floors.
