NW6 is one of several postal districts in North West London and is located in the Boroughs of Brent and Camden. A very tiny portion of the district falls within the City of Westminster. Kilburn and West Hampstead are the two main areas that comprise the majority of NW6, with parts of Queens Park and Brondesbury making up the rest of the area. The district is home to famous London landmarks such as The Tricycle Theatre, Ben Uri Gallery, Gaumont State Cinema and St Augustine’s Church, all of which bring in hordes of visitors to the area each year.

Business Information

The NW6 district has witnessed large scale development in the past few years and is home to numerous businesses and retail spaces. One of the main areas in the district – Kilburn – has also been identified as one of the 35 major centres in the city of London by none other than the mayor in the London Plan. This has helped to enhance the demand for serviced offices in the area from various businesses such as real estate agents, photographers, financial consultancies and marketing companies.

Entertainment And Dining Out

Even though Hugo Hugo’s is a restaurant in the area, it is a great venue for entertainment too. It hosts Jazz7, which is a live Jazz event that showcases the talents of local and international artists. If you are a Jazz lover, you definitely do not want to miss this. For people who are dining in the restaurant the event is free, but otherwise there is a small fee for the show. The dining options in the vicinity will certainly not disappoint you. L’Aventure and Little Bay are known for their French food, whereas The Salt House is where you need to go for an authentic taste of Britain.

Transport Information

Kilburn Park, Maida Vale, Queen’s Park, and West Hampstead are the different tube stations within NW6. Depending on which exact location you are at, you will find at least one of these stations within easy walking distance, providing connectivity to the London underground services. For access to the mainline railway services, you need to make your way to Paddington, Marylebone or West Hampstead stations.
