The building itself is an historic former warehouse property that has since been reimagined into creative workspace offering exposed brickwork finishes, original cast iron columns, wood flooring and exposed timber slatted ceilings.

The office spaces have been refurbished to include full fitouts and furnishings, providing desks, chairs, meeting rooms, and kitchen facilities, as well as a private roof terrace for the 4th floor office.

The lower ground floor hosts a private gym for tenants of the Hoxton Campus.
