Banbury is an old market town situated in Oxfordshire, and is a place that has continued to retain in its traditions and culture despite modernisation. The rural appearance of the town does not take anything away from the fact that Banbury is, in fact, one of the most important retail centres in the area. Transport Information

Oxford Canal is a popular waterway for recreational use and can also be used to commute around town. Travelling to London by train is made easier thanks to Banbury Railway Station, which operates on the Chiltern Main Line. Buses remain a popular mode of transport to get around town while the A422 is the town’s connecting link to the nearby M40 motorway, which provides convenience for drivers. London Heathrow Airport is the closest international airport, just a few miles from Banbury.
