The town of Haslemere is situated in the borough of Waverley in Surrey. Once famous for its cattle markets that were considered to be among the largest and busiest in the region, Haslemere has transformed into an important town within the London commuter belt. Destinations within Surrey such as Guildford, Aldershot and Linchmere can easily be reached by daily bus services. The A3 London-Portsmouth Road can also be easily accessed from here.
