About the space

From 1 to 6 people on easy in/out monthly terms, our two centres have 45 flexible offices in a great location on Witney’s Station Lane. Close to the town centre these fully serviced offices come with free parking, high speed internet access, phones, meeting rooms, kitchen and all of the support services you need. The simple monthly licence fee includes rent, rates, electricity, water, shared kitchen and cleaning of the communal areas.

The Centres:
Located on Station Lane, opposite Sainsbury’s, and just a short walk from Witney town centre where you will find most major retailers, banks, post office, cinemas, bars and some excellent restaurants. The centres have free off street parking and back on to the River Windrush which has some beautiful lunchtime walks.
The Centres have been fully data cabled to support the telephone system and high speed internet access has been made available in all of the offices. The Category 5 Data cabling will also support small networks and we can even help you to set these up.

Each centre has a photocopier available for all to use, as well as a meeting area and meeting rooms. The kitchens are fully equipped for making tea and also have a fridge and microwave cooker.
We have 45 small offices capable of housing between 1 and 6 persons and all of these offices are available on flexible monthly all inclusive licences.

Witney is the old wool market town on the edge of the Cotswolds with all the usual stores and is famous for the production of Witney blankets. It is just off the A40 with its good connections to Oxford and Cheltenham. Brize Norton RAF Base is only a few miles away.
Witney’s a great shopping centre with many large stores such as Waitrose, Next, Debenhams, Marks and Spencer as well as a great selection of specialist retailers. Car parking is free and is located close to the main shopping area.

There are plans to expand the residential base by 1000 houses in the next few years and the villages around Witney provide an ideal location for families, with a good selection of good quality private and state schools.
