Office Space in Claydons Lane, SS7

The first phase was opened in October 2022 and comprised of the first floor which includes a meeting room, phone booth, full kitchen and coworking space. Downstairs we have the toilets which are accessed from the Coffee Lounge. The Coffee Lounge is essentially the entrance and includes a full tea point and breakout space.

At Rayleigh the location is ideal to get on to the A127 and we are able to offer free parking on site.

The offices which we have are available are situated on the ground floor and accessed via a door from the coffee lounge. If the whole floor was to be considered this door could have a lock fitted as additional security.
