A large, vibrant and historic town, Maidstone is the county town of Kent and lies just over 30 miles from London. With a rich trading history that was focused on the River Medway, which still runs through the town today, Maidstone used to be an agricultural hub and became known as the Garden of England. Transport Information

The area is well served by buses and taxis, so getting around via ground transportation is simple and convenient. There are good road links for drivers, including the A20 and easy access to the M20. Three train stations provide access to rail services, including Maidstone East, which is on the Ashford Line. Maidstone West and Maidstone Barracks also serve the area on the Medway Valley Line.
