Budapest’s greenest business centre
Once complete, the state-of-the-art Skanska Green House business centre in Hungary will become Budapest’s greenest building and the only property to ever be granted the LEED (International Environmental rating system) Platinum status.
The building will use geothermal cooling, grey water re-use, green roofs and solar panels and is expected to use 25% less energy compared to Hungary regulations.
Andreas Lindelöf, Managing Director of Skanska Property said, "We are very proud to be the first property developer in Hungary to realise such a meaningful project as Green House. We expect this to be a landmark, establishing baseline standards for our future developments."
