Business Centre of the Month: Lyric Square, Avanta

So, it’s back to September and we hope you all had a great summer! We’ve continued to keep our eye out for worthy Business Centres to award and now we bring to you our winners for September. This month, we have a fantastic Business Centre of the Month from Avanta, at Lyric Square in London.

As Avanta’s flagship centre, the Lyric Square centre has over 80,000 sq ft and is the largest serviced office in the UK. With 12 floors, 1350 work stations, 162 offices, 14 meeting rooms, 130 clients and 70 virtual clients, the fantastic team are always up to the challenge of keeping everything running smoothly.

The team moved in to Lyric Square in 2005 and still retain some of the first companies that took space there. Managing an array of businesses, from publishing and lawyers to talent management, the building is a creative hub.

Avanta are proud to boast that the team are all accredited with a qualification from the Institute of Customer Service (ICS) and this fabulous team are always on hand to help and offer new and fun things for their tenants to brighten up the working day.

Extras they offer include Friday Fancies (the team treat their clients to chocolate, cake and sweet treats!) and a monthly get together for clients to network with educational sessions from the team, such as a ‘Pop up light room’ to education staff on the important of natural light on productivity and increased happiness in the workplace. The team has also signed most clients up to iMingle, a free social community to grow your business through networking, which helps aid communication at the centre.

Another great perk of the location is the fantastic food market in Lyric Square, open every Thursday and Friday. During the summer, the tenants enjoyed sitting on deckchairs watching Wimbledon on the big screen too!
