Business is booming in Warrington for UBC

Building on the success of our Gemini retail park offices, we’re pleased to confirm that United Business Centres (UBC) has recently taken up a second site in the Warrington area.

Cinnabar Court is part of the Daresbury Park development, conveniently located at junction 11 of the M56 – just two junctions from the M6. It’s one the largest business parks in the north west, popular for its contemporary offices and transport links to many of the region’s major cities.

Although a relatively new site, Daresbury Park already plays host to a number of blue chip companies and high-tech businesses, including a modern De Vere hotel complex with impressive business and leisure facilities. There’s also a government-funded science and innovation centre close-by and easy access to all manner of local amenities.

Next steps

We’re expecting Cinnabar Court to stir up a lot of local interest in the next few months – it’s a prime location, known for its innovation and cutting edge technology. Predominantly, it will appeal to smaller organisations, but with 150 workstations available there is a potential opportunity for a more sizable enterprise.

The offices themselves are extremely modern and come complete with the very latest technology, including a high-speed Internet link, which will impress anyone who values instant online access.

We’ve partnered with commercial developers Marshall CDP to make this latest venture possible. The refurbishment work is now complete and the brand new site is available for occupancy immediately – after seeing a 40% increase in serviced office enquiries earlier this year, it’s likely to be the first of a number of new sites added to the UBC portfolio.
