Capacity conundrum

Ireland, once considered one of the EUs most battered economies by the financial crisis, has recently announced it is running out of office space. The Irish Development Agency has called on the Government to build major office blocks if the country is to keep attracting major investment.

Search Office Space Chief Operating Officer, Jon Posener, believes the Irish experience shows that demand for office space is increasing despite the current challenging environment. “Our figures show that the market in London and the UK for serviced offices is actually increasing and capacity is starting to emerge as a real issue for a number of UK cities.”
