How much does an office in Salesforce Tower cost?

Polished to perfection marble floors, a giant fish tank and incredible views over the whole of London: we can only be talking about Salesforce Tower, the tallest building in the City of London and financial district.

Situated at the junction on Bishopsgate, Houndsditch and Camomile Street, the location has been an important gateway to the City of London since Roman times. Previously named Heron Tower, Salesforce Tower stands tall at 230m, making it the third highest skyscraper in Greater London. The property features a concierge-style entrance and reception area and a transparent lift on its south façade transports occupiers and tourists to the top floor.

Other than Sushi Samba and Duck & Waffle on the top tier floors, Salesforce Tower is predominantly home to businesses in the finance and tech industries, including Salesforce (of course) and SurveyMonkey. These companies lease space within the building, but what about companies who require a more flexible workspace option?

It's not as expensive as you might think

A serviced office on the 17th floor of Salesforce Tower is calculated on a per desk, not per square foot basis. As a guide, a single desk space on the 30th floor starts at £950 per month, and increases in line the with the quality and positioning of the space. So an eight person office will cost an average of £7600 per month, and a 20 person office will cost around £19,000 per month. Give or take.

Duck & Waffle & Sushi Samba

People from all over the world head to Salesforce Tower to savour the delights of two of London's most famous restaurants. For those who work there, the temptation to frequent both establishments is high!

Duck & Waffle

Duck & Waffle puts a unique spin on traditional British fare. Only seasonal and sustainable ingredients are used and dishes are designed for sampling and sharing. One of the best things about this restaurant is that it's open 27/4, so you can head in for late-night food and then breakfast the next morning.

Sushi Samba

Located on the 38th and 39th floors, this Japanese restaurant boasts the highest outdoor dining terrace in Europe, offering unparalleled, 360 degree views of the City. A lunch menu makes it a great venue for a bite to eat with clients, whilst the group and cocktail menus make it perfect for celebrating with colleagues!
