New office construction in Poland

The provision of new office space in Poland is apparently booming with the announcement that one million square meters of new office space is currently under construction. No less than 300,000 sq m is expected to be completed by the end of the year. The strongest demand is for small offices, which are still in short supply in the largest cities.

The demand is being driven by Poland’s continued economic growth and the upgrading of its national infrastructure.

Much of the building is taking place in the Polish capital Warsaw, 700,000 square feet, but provision is also being improved in other cities around the country.

As with other environments, part of the demand is coming from small and medium firms.
