New Office Spaces being Offered by Business Centres in USA

As our previous Serviced Office Market Review indicated, there has recently been a slight increase in the number of serviced offices being built out in both the UK and US market. This increase of executive suites is primarily due to the demand for more and more workstations. Evidence of this can be seen by the opening of a new center in Newport Beach by one of our most valued partners – Premier Business Centers.

The following is the description of the new business center:

Premier Business Centers, the big Irvine-based executive office suites firm, recently inked a deal for a new center in Newport Beach after signing a long-term lease at the Conexant Building. Premier took the entire 18.6k sf 9th floor at the building, located at 4000 MacArthur Blvd. The new center, which will offer 74 fully furnished plug & play office suites, represents Premier’s fourth executive office suite in Newport Beach and their 56th location in the USA.

“We are very excited to be able to offer our clients another alternative in Newport Beach in this prestigious Class A high-rise, which offers spectacular ocean and city views,” commented Jeff Reinstein, Chief Executive Officer of Premier Business Centers.

Located in the Koll Center Newport on the corner of MacArthur Blvd and Jamboree Rd, the building provides easy access to the San Joaquin Hills Tollway / Corona Del Mar Freeway (SR-73) and San Diego Freeway (I-405), and is in close proximity to the John Wayne Airport. This location also offers free on-site visitor parking, a cafeteria, a recreation area (basketball court & beach volleyball court), and a car wash.

This new executive suite will open September 1, 2010 and, in addition to the fully furnished private offices, it includes three conference rooms, a large training room and a reception area.
