Q&A with Grosvenor Gardens, London Victoria
Our second winner for April’s Business Centre of the Month was Grosvenor Gardens, based in London Victoria. We caught up with Tony Steel, the Area General Manager for MWB Business Exchange, to find out more about the centre!
When did you open Grosvenor Gardens?
The centre has now been open for over 5 years.
What perks does the business centre offer in both location and facilities?
You won't find a business centre closer to Victoria Station - we’re just across the road, so we have fantastic transport links around the capital city; and to mainline stations and airports. There's also plenty to see and do in between work. Grosvenor Gardens itself is a great place to eat some lunch and there's a thriving local food market close to the centre.
What industries do the tenants you have work in, and how does this business centre work for their needs?
We work with several key industry types: recruitment, renewable energy and oil companies, IT support, TV and film production. In fact, we attract quite an eclectic client mix. I believe the location is the primary driver for the centre.

What have you launched this year in terms of new developments/extras for tenants etc?
We're constantly updating the look and feel of the building. The floor plate allows us great flexibility in terms of the use of the space. We recently quoted for a 200 person open plan floor for one of our existing clients within the portfolio. That being said; you want a 2 person office? No problem!
What sets you apart from other business centres?
The team are dynamic. Tracy and Yasmin offer a great service ethic to our clients. Whether they're dealing with multi national brands or start-ups, they will always ensure the client’s needs are dealt with quickly, and with a smile.
What changes and developments do you see for the centre in the future?
We're exploring options to take additional floor space at the building. This is an encouraging sign as to our future growth plans.
And, finally, one for you personally. What do you love most about your job?
For me, it's getting a buzz out of working with a great team and exceeding the expectations of our clients. Business moves fast; we need to ensure we're ready to meet the demands of all business types, sometimes at very short notice. Getting it right is the kick.
Thanks Tony for catching up with us and we’re looking forward to seeing the centre grow and develop in the future. To find out more about applying for Business Centre of the Month with us, click here.
