Bandung is the capital of West Java province in Indonesia. It is the country’s third largest city, and the second largest metropolitan area in Indonesia. Bandung can be accessed through highways from Jakarta. An intercity toll highway called Cipularang toll road, connects Jakarta, Karawang, Purwakarta, Padalarang, and Bandung. Driving time is typically 1.5 hours.
