THE MONTHLY FEES INCLUDE

• Use of an elegantly furnished and functional office with the necessary furniture and fixtures.
• Occasional free use of conference and meeting room once a month upon reservation. On request availability for TV, Videotape, Overhead Projector and Slide Projector.
• The use of an independent electric line for your computer.
• Use of 1 telephone line connected to our switch-board, with personalized answer for inbound calling. You can choose between A profile (€ 42,00+vat/month/each) or B profile (€ 26,00+vat/month/each)
• DSL flat Internet h24 connection for € 77,00+vat/month/each (backup line included). Una tantum activation fee of € 78,00+vat.
Please note that this quotations must be intended as standard. We can customize offers on demand, according to your needs. Internet connections are provided through Cat 5 cable, in case you should need wifi connection, we can buy and programme on payment a wifi router access point.
• Possibility to use the office during the following opening hours: Monday – Friday 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Saturday h. 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
• Use of address, telephone numbers which can be put on all your business correspondence material (letter-headed paper, business cards, brochures, etc.). It is not possible to use it as corporate residency.
• Multi-language secretaries (ENGLISH, FRENCH, GERMAN and SPANISH speaking) who answer the telephone, who receive visitors and assist you in your job. In your absence all incoming phone-calls will be duly registered and any visits will be handled as per your instructions. (In reception there are: photocopier, fax, PC etc.).
• Secretarial collaboration for hotel reservations, restaurant reservations, taxi etc. (charging you only the telephone rate).
• Postage and reception of land mail. In case the monthly amount of the stamps should be more than € 10.33 Euros a further 15% fee will be charged.
• Possibility of a personalised name-plate on the front door.
• Free use of our internal parking area for you and your visitors.
• 30% discount for the reservation of our Meeting Room (on request we can also provide you Coffee Break and/or Brunch)
• Electricity, heating, conditioning, cleaning and current maintenance.
