Birmingham Airport is the seventh busiest airport in the UK. The airport is used by a number of popular airlines, many of them being no frills airlines flying to destinations within Europe, such as Monarch, Flybe and Ryanair. There are also other airlines that fly in and out of Birmingham Airport, offering flights to North America, the Caribbean, Pakistan and the Middle East. The airport itself boasts a range of facilities, including a variety of shops and a number of places for passengers and visitors to dine or enjoy a drink. The airport is located just over six miles from Birmingham City Centre.
