The administrative centre of the Borough of Sandwell in the West Midlands, Oldbury is a town that forms part of the industrial Black Country area. This charming town is a combination of modern structures and older architecture, with places like the modern, high tech council offices standing in stark contrast close to the historic former Lloyds Bank building, which is now used as a Subway.
