Rubislaw Den North is a detached two-storey building set within its own private grounds in one of Aberdeen's most prestigious residential areas. Originally purpose-built as a regional headquarters, it offers businesses a discreet, professional environment with an impressive business address.

The Business Centre provides fully furnished private offices and therapy rooms for between one and eight desks, together with a welcoming waiting area, business lounge, kitchen and shower facilities. The services and facilities offered have been recently upgraded to meet the needs of our current cohort of clients. The reception has been upgraded to create a larger waiting room for clients' visitors who visit on an appointment-only basis, and the change of use from what was the boardroom into a business lounge where clients meet to enjoy breaks and lunch together.

Clients benefit from secure 24/7 access via fob entry, while visitor access is managed remotely by our reception team between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. Support services are available through our central reception team, including access to meeting rooms at Queen’s Gardens, telephone answering, and administrative support such as printing and mail services, ensuring your business is fully supported.
