It is a wholesale redevelopment of an existing office unit and now has 16 private offices over 3 levels with direct access to shared / private lounges.
We’ve gone fairly hard on the energy efficiency front… 55 panel solar array on the roof, and lighting / heating / cooling / security systems on movement sensors (so energy only used in any of the spaces when people are there). There is a new superinsulated roof structure, 24/7 filtered fresh air heat recovery ventilation system, and we’ve also gone hard on the internal acoustics…
Our concept was a boutique serviced office centre – small and (hopefully) engaging to a high environmental standard, 10 mins walk from Oxford’s main trains station, and with good parking (both road frontage and on-site).
