Dallas is the ninth largest city within the United States and the third largest city in the state of Texas. The city is the largest economic center of the 12-county Dallas–Fort Worth–Arlington metropolitan area, giving it the title of fourth largest metropolitan area in the United States. The metropolitan economy is the sixth largest in the United States and in 2013 the metropolitan area had the largest year-over-year increase in employment within the nation. It is the fourth largest employment hub in the United States. As well as efficient public transport systems, there are countless libraries, banks and retail stores in the city, making this an ideal location to host business meetings.
Dallas is sometimes referred to as the heart of "Silicon Prairie", thanks to a high concentration of telecommunications companies in the region, the hub of which lies along the Telecom Corridor, which is situated in Richardson, a northern suburb of Dallas. The Corridor is home to more than 5,700 companies including Texas Instruments, Alcatel Lucent, AT&T, Ericsson, Fujitsu and Nokia. Networking opportunities are plentiful within the area and a highly educated workforce is in place in the city.
We offer the following office types & services:
The Arts District in Downtown Dallas is home to several arts venues, including the Dallas Museum of Art, the Morton H. Meyerson Symphony Center, which is home to the Dallas Symphony Orchestra and Dallas Wind Symphony, The Trammell & Margaret Crow Collection of Asian Art, the Nasher Sculpture Center, and The Dallas Children s Theater. There is a wide range of eateries and bars in the city center, providing a multitude of after-work destinations. The Grill on the Alley, on Dallas Parkway, is a favorite with locals, and has been offering diners a choice of premium steaks for the past 8 years. If Mexican food is what is required, then Jorge s Tex Mex Café is the place to go. This family-run restaurant has become somewhat of an institution in the area, offering hearty food at affordable prices.
Prices typically are all-inclusive of utilities costs, broadband, meeting room access, and are exempt from business rates (package varies per office).
