There are three interstates that cross over West Virginia - the I-64 (from Kentucky to Huntington), I-77 (from Virginia to Ohio) and I-79 (from Charleston to Pennsylvania). There are also bus services that link the major cities of Beckley, Bluefield, Charleston, Huntington, Parkersburg and Wheeling.
