Purple Property opens its first city centre office

Purple Property, the Formby based lettings agency has opened its first office in Liverpool city centre, company representatives have announced.

It comes as the company are expanding their base of operations within North West England, with the company taking up its first office residence within a city centre.

The independent agency has chosen to take up residence within a flexible office scheme, designed to bridge the gap between fully serviced office space and the traditional leasing of an office suite.

Their new office - 1 Old Hall Street - sits in a strategic location within the heart of Liverpool city centre, with immediate access to two of Liverpool’s main train terminals, and motorway links.

The expansion capitalises on the agencies two successful years of business trading, with Purple Property choosing a flexible office scheme as it provides them with greater control over their companies cash-flow.

Commenting on the developments, director of Purple Property, Louise Bromilow said: "We've been operating the business successfully from our Formby-base since stating Purple Property two years ago, and felt it was the right time to set up our first city centre office.

"As we are a small business, the Flexi-Office scheme is perfect as it gives us greater control over our costs than a traditional office."
