Arizona is one of the Four Corners States, the only location in the United States where four states meet (Arizona, Colorado, Utah, and New Mexico). Arizona is also known as the Grand Canyon State, as it is home to this National Park and Canyon. Arizona is the sixth largest state in the nation, with the 15th largest population. Arizona is home to the Navajo Nation, and the tribes of the Hopi, the Apache, the Yaqui, various Yuman tribes, and others.

Cactus is also edible and can be eaten fried or in salads. In some of the upscale restaurants in Phoenix and other cities you will see Ostrich on the menu. Arizona is home to large Ostrich ranches.
